4. Do you have to give us your data?
To book, we need your name, email address and country, and for a business booking the company, VAT ID and billing address. Without these we cannot confirm your booking or invoice you correctly. Your phone number and your message are optional.
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the parties below, and only as far as needed.
- Our payment provider, Stripe, which handles online payments for us.
- Our accountant, for our bookkeeping and tax returns.
- Tax and other authorities, when the law requires it.
- Our hosting provider, Hosting.com, which runs the booking system and sends the booking emails, and Microsoft (Outlook), which provides our email accounts.
These providers act on our instructions under an agreement that protects your data. We do not intend to send your data outside the European Economic Area. 8. Cookies and fonts
The booking pages use one session cookie that the system needs to work. It is deleted when you close your browser, and it does not track you. For that reason we do not ask for your consent for it.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on the booking pages. The fonts on our pages are loaded from our own server, so your visit does not send data to a font provider.
9. How we protect your data
We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Access to the booking system needs a personal login, and only our team can see the bookings. Our email account uses two-step verification, and our devices are locked with a password. The booking pages use an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
10. Children
Our booking pages are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy. The version and the date of publication are shown with it. If a change has a significant effect on how we use your data, we tell you.
